Works great! Seems to last a while. I am using this in my Steamplus electric mop and it works great. My floors have never been so clean. The product is scented, but I do not smell it and I am very sensitive to smells. I have tile flooring, and this product is getting it perfectly clean, it dries quickly and leaves no residue. Very important as I have a toddler and 3 cats! Also, I set the mop on high cleaning, and do not dilute the cleaning solution in the mop, as to get maximum cleaning per the product directions. I go through 2 “containers” of water on the mop just cleaning the kitchen, and I was surprised at how long the cleaning solution is lasting. I am very pleased with this product and will be purchasing it again!
Nice scent, cleans hardwood I have a Hoover steamer and I was looking for a cleaner that would take the sticky gunk off my varnished hardwood floors (the sealed type.) These are in the kitchen; not sure I’d recommend hardwood in the kitchen as you really have to keep up on the things that spill, like crumbs, driblets and spills. I was merely using water before, but it did not do a good job, obviously, on greasy spills because you need a surfactant to dislodge such grime.This is pretty much economical, being concentrated. I found I liked the scent (kind of almondy) and it doesn’t bother me as some of the stronger scents can do. I found that if I don’t use too much of it, my floors look a lot cleaner. (If I use too much, they look hazy and are a bit tacky.)
Hoover SteamPlus Cleaning Solution Works well – leaves some residue. Could probably get by with using vinegar instead as an equally good sanitizer and disinfectant. Pricey.
